Do I need to be a golfer?
The membership is being designed for golfers and people interested in hotels, dining, travel, wellness and family experiences. Golf access has separate course requirements.
Are golf, hotels and lounge visits complimentary?
Only benefits explicitly listed as complimentary in a confirmed package will be included. Other experiences may require payment, qualifying rewards or advance booking. Green fees, caddies, equipment and transfers must be checked individually.
Where can I use my membership?
The participating partner directory will be published as agreements are confirmed. We do not yet publish a guaranteed number of venues or countries.
Can a company enquire for its team?
Yes. Select Corporate membership in the enquiry form and include the number of people and your requirements.
How do I send an enquiry or feedback?

How are annual vouchers different from reward points?
The proposed annual vouchers are fixed benefits for your tier and do not deduct points. Executive includes one basic health-screening voucher; Elite adds a dinner-for-two voucher; VIP adds one standard hotel-night voucher. Your annual points are a separate allocation to choose additional experiences. All fulfilment is subject to confirmed partners and written package terms before purchase.
How would the annual hotel and airline upgrades work?
The Elite and VIP proposals include one IHG room upgrade per membership year, with VIP also including one Turkish Airlines Business Class upgrade on an eligible one-way flight sector. These benefits require written partner agreements before they can be offered. They are not currently redeemable. Participating hotels, eligible bookings, fare classes, routes, availability, taxes and additional charges will be defined before purchase; membership does not automatically grant IHG status or airline status.
